Authentication - our inventory is all verified as authentic in house. We us a number of techniques which include but are not limited to verifying movement - air pressure testing - timegraph testing - verifying all serial numbers, movement numbers, dial numbers, bracelet numbers

Documentation - we can provide insurance company accepted appraisals per request at time of purchase

Returns - returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the watch. Watch must be returned in unworn condition and is subject to 3% restocking fee

Pricing - all watches are priced on the website. However, because of high fluctuation marketing conditions prices could change without notice. All website pricing is based on direct wire transfers and credit cards and other forms are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. It is best to contact us before making your purchase. KLW is not responsible for typos or incorrect pricing

Shipping - all watches and jewelry is shipped typically overnight unless otherwise stated. All products valued over $5,000 will be shipped to your local fedex office for pick up by the verified buyer. Some exceptions can be made if shipped to a verified business with direct signature of buyer required at delivery. Any and all insurance is immediately void once package is delivered. Any international shipments will require an additional charge and all buyers will be responsible for any customs, duties or taxes

Warranty - all watches come with remaining manufacturer's warranty or 1 year from time of purchase (whichever is longer). warranty pertains to manufacturer defects on the movement only.

Images - not all images are of the actual watch for sale. If watch or jeweler is not of the pictured online image we will forward you pictures of actual product.

Payment - all payments must be verified before any product is shipped. All transactions must accompany a valid form of ID issued by state or federal government.
